Portsmouth Football Club, a well-established team in the English Football League, partnered with us to provide advanced EPOS solutions across multiple revenue streams within Fratton Park. The goal was to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer service, and streamline payment processes in the stadium’s hospitality and concourse areas.
Project Scope:
We deployed tailored EPOS systems across Fratton Park to meet the needs of both the hospitality areas and concourse areas. The project included:
- Hospitality: 11 EPOS systems with integrated PDQ terminals, alongside handheld ordering terminals throughout the restaurant to speed up service and increase accuracy.
- Concourse: 48 EPOS systems with integrated PDQ terminals to handle high volumes of transactions efficiently during match days and events.
- QR Code Mobile Ordering: To improve customer convenience, we implemented QR code mobile ordering across all locations, allowing customers to place orders directly from their mobile devices and reduce waiting times.
All systems were centrally controlled via advanced back-office software, providing real-time data for streamlined management.
